Mr. Timothy Michael Cooper

Tim Cooper was born on March 14, 1960. He passed away on June 10, 2023. Tim loved being a Christian, husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a graduate of the University of California at Davis. While there, he worked part time at the Stanford Medical Center. Shortly after graduation, Tim worked at ATI Medical. His last employment was Kesler Schaefer Auto Auction, where he stated that he loved cars, loved people, and especially loved car people.

Tim loved playing music and used his talent to play bass at his beloved Great Oak Church. At his church, Tim was a driving force in establishing two food pantries, spearheaded an outreach for homeless people, served on both the missions team and the ministry board, and was deacon.

His greatest joys were his wife Jeannie, his family, his home and his pets. He had a grateful heart and felt truly blessed by God. Tim had a great sense of humor and loved to share light-hearted moments whenever he could.

There will be a Celebration of Life service at Great Oak Church (formerly Mt. Pleasant Baptist) at 6341 Mann Rd. on Sunday, July 2nd. Calling is at 3:00 PM, with the service beginning at 4:00 PM.
