Mr. Jerry Lee Compton

Jerry Lee Compton passed away on June 18, 2023 at Village of Avon Health and Rehabilitation Center after battling a long illness. He was born in Indianapolis on May 22, 1948 and resided in Florida most of the last 36 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Brenda (Lawson) Compton, daughter Lisa (Lewis) Poore of Avon, Indiana, son Anthony (Kasey) Compton of Apollo Beach, Florida, brother Gene Patton of Indianapolis, grandchildren Zachary Stokes, Chase Childers, Aubree Sands, Kameron Sands, Sarah (Poore) Beil, six sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Theodore, mother Virginia, brother Ted and sister Joyce. A celebration of life will be held in remembrance of Jerry.
